Most business owners that have staff at some point use an expression along the lines of….

"If it wasn't for staff I wouldn't have any bloody problems!" 

It’s not often we hear business owners say… "I think I could be causing my staff problems".

It’s a fact that you need people to grow your business because you can’t do everything on your own.  It is also likely that these people, at some point are going to cause you some problems.

All the business owners we work with are awesome at what they love to do yet they still try to do things that they shouldn't be doing.  We know this because your people tell us so.
