What’s happening with the 90 Day Trial? Can we still use?

We get a lot of questions about the 90 Day Trial Period, whether or not you can use it, so we wanted to let you know it is business as usual!

The Government have proposed to remove the Trial Period for businesses with 20 or more employees. This proposed amendment has had its first reading and now with the Select Committee and needs to progress through four more stages before it can be enforced.

We are keeping a close eye on the Amendment Bill and our aim is to ensure that you are prepared with any changes before it is implemented, watch this space, we will keep you informed and be here to help you through any change.
