Strategy Day 2022

On Wednesday the team left our energetic office and took the day away to have our annual planning Strategy Day to kick-start 2022! This year we made our way to LaValla Estate in Tuakau, giving us an awesome chance to Breathe. Smell the fresh air. Listen to the birdsong and soak in the natural beauty of their countryside estate - making it the perfect space to clear our heads and reflect on 2021’s achievements, and set some focuses, goals and initiatives for the year ahead.

An encouraging, inspiring day, with plenty of soulful discussions amongst the team - made even better by the lovely hospitality, delicious food and great company. Led by our fantastic SLT members, the day was spent bouncing ideas around, encouraging curiosity and a tonne of collaboration.
