Culture Days - 26 August 2024

Toilet paper day, Heroes day, Women’s equality day, and Dog appreciation day? What do these all have in common!? They are all celebrated on the same day – August 26th!

 At People Passion, we understand the importance of working hard and celebrating success, but also the importance of having fun! Our Culture Club (or Social Club as they are often referred to) are often tasked with coming up with fun ways to get the team together, and celebrate some of the more quirky holidays that are on offer throughout the year. And any excuse to get our resident New Plymouth office dog Beau in the office or do a Melbourne Cup sweepstakes and drink in November!

Culture Clubs are a great way to foster relationships with your staff, boost employee engagement and create a positive work environment, in turn this can lead to improved productivity and overall employee satisfaction.
